Mission Statement

"The mission of the SEAS Alliance is to promote and facilitate science outreach in the classroom, grades K-12, by building a network of scientists and professionals in STEM or STEM-related fields. These professionals are willing to visit students in their schools, in person or virtually, to share their work, their careers, their interests, and passions. Through this interaction, professionals awaken and engage students to further their knowledge and explore science and STEM related fields. This can make a lasting impression which can change educational outcomes for the better, and provide motivation for students to pursue careers in STEM fields."
